Associate Professor Dr. Norazrena Abu Samah is an Educational Technology academic at the Faculty of Educational Sciences and Technology, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM), and Deputy Dean (Offshore and Special Programmes) at UTM's School of Graduate Studies. Her work focuses on open and distance learning, AI-supported education, learning analytics, research-led teaching and quantitative research competence. She is actively involved in the design, quality assurance and management of postgraduate ODL and international collaborative programmes, with particular interest in responsible AI assistants that support personalised learning while retaining the educator's role in guiding inquiry, interaction and reflection.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Siti Sarawati Johar is an Associate Professor at the Department of Social Science, Centre for General Studies & Co curricular, Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM). With over two decades of experience in the education sector, she earned her Ph.D. from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia in 2014 and completed a Post-Doctoral fellowship in Social Psychology at Universiti Sains Islam Malaysia in 2021. Her core academic expertise encompasses Organizational Psychology, Educational Psychology, Social Psychology, and Human Resource Management. Dr. Siti Sarawati has authored numerous publications centered on social-organizational psychology, integrity, and ethics. Equipped with specialized training in Emotional Spiritual Quotient (ESQ) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), her current research actively advocates for the integration of human emotional intelligence, human governance, and psychosocial well-being within modern educational environments.
